WHAT ARE THE SIDE EFFECTS?
Side effects are rare, but you may experience some redness, irritation, peeling, or dryness. These side effects are normal and should disappear within a few days.

HOW SOON WILL I SEE RESULTS?
You may see results in as little as two weeks, but the best results are usually seen 1 to 2 months after treatment. Three treatments are usually recommended for best results. Only 1 Cosmelan peel treatment is needed.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY CHEMICAL PEEL?
You should avoid products and procedures that increase skin sensitivity before the treatment such as vitamin c, retinoids, laser, waxing etc.

CAN I RETURN TO OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES?
You should avoid direct sun exposure and wear a broad spectrum SPF30 or higher before, during, and after the treatment.

CAN I GET A CHEMICAL PEEL DURING PREGNANCY AND BREASTFEEDING?
If you have pregnancy-induced pigmentation, you should wait until you finish breastfeeding before starting treatment.
