Cancellation Policy

We observe a 24-hour cancellation policy. We do understand that life events occur, however, please provide a 24-hour notice for any changes or cancellations. Failure to reschedule or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time will result in a charge to your card on file in the amount of $75. No-shows will incur a fee of 100% of your service fee. 

 

Refund Policy

No refunds are offered on services that have been rendered. We will try our best to work with you when you are not happy but please understand that results are individualized. For the safety of our patients and clients we do not accept returns on open or unopened products that leave our store.

 

Memberships

All memberships require an automatic draft or upfront payment and require a 3-month commitment. Services must be redeemed each month and do not roll over. If you miss a week or month, you forfeit that service for that time. 

 

Gratuities

We do not expect or accept tips for medical services. However, our team of massage therapists and estheticians will gladly accept gratuities based on your satisfaction if you so choose.
