MEET VERLISHA GOINS, NP
hey there!
Dr. Vee brings 12 years of healthcare experience to our wellness practice. She holds a Doctorate degree in Nursing from Wilkes University in Pennsylvania. She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with experience in rural health, family practice, internal medicine, pediatrics, long-term care, and urgent care. Dr. Vee received her basic aesthetic training through Aesthetic Medical Educators Training (AMET) and later trained through Cosmetic Medical Training and completed advanced aesthetic training through AMET and private trainings. She is actively continuing her education to stay up to date on all the latest aesthetic and wellness options for her patients. Dr. Vee aims to provide natural yet visible results.
As a Family Nurse Practitioner, Dr. Vee is well-versed in treating acute and chronic conditions. She has worked in a variety of clinical settings and uses integrative medicine to provide overall wellness services to her patients. Her top interest in medicine include health promotion and prevention, dermatology, and holistic therapies.
Outside of work, Dr. Vee enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters, and their Bullmastiff. She also enjoys traveling, exercising, and trying new restaurants. She is a native of Columbus, GA.

Kylan is our dedicated Medical Patient Concierge and a Registered nurse with a background in critical care. She proudly earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Lander University, bringing a wealth of knowledge and professionalism to our team. As our medical concierge, Kylan seamlessly blends her medical proficiency with a passion for compassionate care. Her dedication to the well-being of others extends beyond the workplace.

Outside of her professional commitments, Kylan finds joy in various personal pursuits. Kylan is committed to a healthy lifestyle and enjoys the gym and outdoor activities. She enjoys shopping, travel, and exploring diverse cultures and landscapes.

Meet Alydia a vibrant High School student who balances her time between academics, athletics, and her role as medical patient concierge at Sophisticated Wellness & Aesthetics. With a passion for helping others, Alydia thrives in her position, where she greets patients with warmth and assists them in navigating their wellness journey.

Outside of her profession she is an enthusiastic track athlete with a competitive spirit and a devoted big sister to her younger sister Charli. With aspirations to pursue a degree in medicine, she is also interested in art and plans to minor in art animation. She aims to blend her interest in mental health and creative expression, hoping to inspire and support others in the future.

Breanna is a licensed esthetician and has been practicing for 3 years. She is dedicated to providing expert skincare to all genders and skin types. She is a graduate of Southeastern Esthetics Institute. Bree specializes in advanced and corrective signature facials, Hydrafacials and chemical peels at Sophisticated Wellness.

SHIROLYN FREDETTE, RN
IV THERAPY NURSE
Shirolyn is a Registered Nurse with over fourteen years of experience. At Sophisticated Wellness & Aesthetics she serves as our IV infusion nurse. Her previous experience includes the Emergency Department in leadership roles such as Educator, Assistant Nurse Manager and Charge nurse. She currently works at the Columbia VA Healthcare System as a Neurology Nurse Case Manager along with assisting in the ER when needed.
Her ten plus years of trauma experience makes her a great infusion nurse here at Sophisticated Wellness where she can fulfill her calling in the realm of health and wellness. Shirolyn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Lander University (Greenwood, SC) and a Bachelor of Science with a minor in Chemistry from Newberry College (Newberry, SC). In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and church family.
